 Armitage Homes redesigned the heart of this rambler into an updated layout and a stunning design. Your eyes immediately draw to the 'wow' factor in the kitchen.

 Armitage Homes took the bones of an unfinished basement and transformed it into a stunning family room with a fun wet bar area, brand new bathroom, and space for the family to relax or entertain.   

An unfinished basement in the beautiful home went from concrete to complete. The finishing touches on this project included a fireplace, Sauna, steam room, stone bar, and family room.   

 This family was looking for space to play together and we turned their unfinished basement into a recreational space for parents and kids. To make this happen, we moved the staircase, hid storage with a decorative barn door, and raised the bar area.  

We took out everything in the upper level of this split-level home, allowing us to reconfigure the kitchen, open up the dining and living areas, update the bathroom, and add a functional office space.
